The original inspiration for this guide comes from the excellent- if lengthy- FUTO Self Managed Life Guide by Louis Rossman. His guide is thorough and detailed, but ultimately we wanted a solution that used some different choices of software as well as a bit less... detailed. More like the basic framework for the system, and then let the user go from there.
